Evansville has been named an "All-America City" by the National Civic League at the 55th annual awards competition in Atlanta. The "All-America City" award is the nation's most recognized, coveted and respected civic recognition award. Thirty "finalist" communities from throughout the United States convened in Atlanta to compete for the award, and Evansville was one of ten communities to receive the designation.
